Angel`s Hikariyasai, Safe and Secure Vegetables!

Our three vegetable factories are located in Fukui, Chiba, and Kyoto. They are fully-controlled factories with clean rooms for cultivation and artificial lights for vegetable growth. Since atmosphere is controlled moderately, vegetables are cultivated throughout the year without being affected by climatic conditions. Of course they are secure and safe.

We serve Angel Vegetables from Angel Farms above at our restaurants called “Angel Cafe.”
They are quite tasty, rich in nutrients. Please enjoy the dishes which have a lot of fresh vegetables.

Since Our “Angel Cafe, Main store” has a vegetable factory in its basement, a factory tour is available.

How about running Vegetable Plants?
We have been accumulating a lot of know-how regarding vegetable factories such as tiny, small, medium and large scale ones. The reason why we have a lot of knowledge is that we have been running three Angel farms. Angel Farm, Kitayama is a small scale farm, Angel Farm, Chiba is a medium scale farm, and Angel Farm, Fukui is probably the largest farm in the world.
The floor area for tiny vegetable farm is only three square meters. The tiny farms have already been installed at some restaurants in Japan. The tiny type is getting popular as a showcase of fresh vegetables. They are attracting guests especially in the evening.
For inexperienced customers, we are providing consulting services on seeding, raising seedlings, settled planting etc.
